الطلب
كل المطلوب من عملائنا هو الاسم و رقم تليفون و عنوان شحن المنتج لاتمام اى طلب يمكنكم اتمام الطلب من خلال الموقع او من خلال رسائل الصفحة او من خلال رقم الواتساب الموجود على الموقغ و الصفحة.
الشحن
يوفر الموقع بشكل افتراضى الشحن للقاهرة و الجيزة. لكن يمكننا الشحن لمناطق و محافظات اخرى حسب الاتفاق (و يتوقف الشحن و تكلفته فى هذه الحالة على المحافظة و حجم الطلب و الاتفاق على طريقة الشحن)
الدفع
نوفر لعملائنا اكثر من طريقة للدفع
1-الدفع عند الاستلام:يمكن لعملائنا طلب اى عدد من المنتجات التى تناسب احتياجاتهم و سوف يتم تجهيز و توصيل الطلب و تحصيل مبلغ الطلب عند الاستلام ( قد يتطلب الامر بعض الترتيبات فى عملية التسليم)
2-الدفع باستخدام المحافظ الالكترونية: يمكن لعملائنا الدفع عن طريق المحافظ الالكترونية سواء سعر المنتج بالكامل او جزء من السعر فى حالة الاتفاق على طلب خاص
3-الدفع من بطاقات الائتمان المختلفة : يمكن لعملائنا دفع كامل قيمة المنتج او جزء من سعر المنتج باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان المختلفة بأمان تام و دون الاحتفاظ ببيانات بطاقات الائتمان الخاصة بالعملاء

you can place your order using the website checkout, You can also place the order by sending (name, phone number, and adress) using massenger pot, or whatsapp Number.
shipping
By default, the site provides shipping to Cairo and Giza. But we can ship to other regions and provinces according to the agreement (and the freight and its cost in this case depends on the province, the size of the order and the agreement on the method of shipping)
payments We provide our customers with more than one payment method 1- cash on delivery : our customers can order any number of products that suit their needs, and the order will be processed and delivered and the amount of the order will be collected upon receipt (some arrangements may be required in the delivery process) 2- Payment using E-wallets: our customers can pay through E-wallets, whether the price of the entire product or part of the price in the event of an agreement on a special request. 3- Payment from different credit cards: Our customers can pay the full value of the product or part of the price of the product using different credit cards completely safely and without keeping the customers’ credit card data
